We aim to have a mortgage offer sitting on your doorstep within 20 working days, depending on the lender. We won’t abandon you at this point either; we will keep in regular contact with you and liaise with your solicitor and estate agent until the keys are in your hand.

Three months before your current mortgage deal is due to expire; we will arrange to meet with you again, to ensure you have the best and most appropriate mortgage in place.
